Our Purpose

Matthew 16:18                                                          18 ...and upon this rock will I build My church; and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.

The local church is the one thing Jesus said He is building that the powers of darkness will never conquer!

Strong, flourishing, soul winning local churches are paramount and key to everything God is currently doing in the earth. The next, great move of God's Spirit will spring fourth from the grass roots level of the local church.

Our purpose is to build and strengthen, the one thing, Jesus said He is building; the local church family.  For over twenty-five years we have been faithful to teach and inspire Christians to get planted in their own local church as team players that serve.  Serving is a selfless key to revival and a catalyst to a lasting move of God's Spirit.

Those who are planted in the house of the Lord, as the Psalmist said, shall flourish and find victory over the trials of life (Psalm 92:13).

About Kim Wetteland

For over twenty-five years Kim has helped to build and strengthen the local church and bring a fresh move the the Holy Spirit to God's people. Having personally preached in over 500 local churches throughout the United States and Canada, Kim has gained the reputation of being known as a "friend to pastors." 

At age fifteen Kim's heart was damaged through illness as he was not supposed to live beyond the age of twenty-nine.  The testimony of Kim's miraculous healing by Jesus has brought faith, hope, and courage  to thousands.  Many report receiving miraculous healing in churches where Kim has ministered as he flows freely in the gifts of the Spirit and ministers with uncanny accuracy in the prophetic gifts.  The late Dr. Lester Sumrall prophesied over Kim, saying, "I have not sensed an anointing like this on anyone since I was with the great missionary evangelist, Howard Carter." Howard Carter, a great Assembly of God revivalist, was one of the thirteen people who signed the original founding documents with the Assemblies of God in Birmingham, England on May 1, 1924.

Kim is a 1983 graduate of the Oral Roberts University Theology Department and a graduate of the 1984 Ministers Internship Program from Victory Bible Institute, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kim's mentors include Lester Sumrall, Mark Barclay and Billy Joe Daugherty who recently went home to heaven. 

As an evangelist, Kim carries credentials with the Michigan District of the Assemblies of God.  Kim and his wife, Cherie, have been married for twenty-seven years and have four grown daughters and four grandchildren.  They attend Christian Celebration Center in Midland, Michigan and their pastor is Joel Stocker.
